Drop in private session
90 minute session for mothers or mentors (or both!) in need
Service Description
This is a drop in session for either a returning client, or a new mother or mentor who is ready for Rebecca's guidance. As a mother, this will support you to: 1. immediate review & reflect on a distressing or confusion situation in your parenting or family 2. emotional co-regulation because you're stuck in negative feelings/thoughts & it's impacting your presence & patience as a mom 3. exploration around a decision or technique workshop so you can positively impact a pattern that is causing the family distress For mentors: 1. support developing an upcoming container, webinar, or workshop 2. audit of current curriculum 3. review of coaching recording & feedback/breakdown of technique 4. feeling wobbly in your confidence either leading a group container or 1:1 session
Cancellation Policy
This is a no refund subscription. Please do not book unless you are willing to commit. If you need to time off for whatever reason, that will not be lost and breaks will be accommodated. All sessions must be used within 18 months of purchasing this plan.
