Throughout the last thirteen years of Motherhood, & seven years as the Director of Coaching at the Jai Institute for Parenting,
I've walked alongside thousands of Mothers of their quest for freedom.
I've endured this quest myself. I am a mother of three and recovering every day from a cold, emotionally empty and under affirming childhood.
I know first hand what it takes to move away from fear, lies, disconnect, toxic shame, self hatred, inadequacy, immaturity, dishonesty, and more...
