I'm Rebecca Lyddon
Throughout the last thirteen years of Motherhood, & seven years as the Director of Coaching at the Jai Institute for Parenting, I've walked alongside thousands of Mothers of their quest for freedom, & mentors on their path to serving Love into the world.
I've endured this quest myself. I am a mother of three and recovering every day from a cold, emotionally empty and under affirming childhood.
I know first hand what it takes to move away from fear, lies, disconnect, toxic shame, self hatred, inadequacy, immaturity, dishonesty, and more...
I believe in you. I believe in a love so profoundly striking, your heart, mind, Spirit and Soul have no choice but to surrender!

For Mothers: In a one to one container, we work at your unique pace toward an inner world filled with tenderness, wisdom, & compassion, plus an outer world filled with intention, skill, & presence.
For Mentors & Practitioners: In a one to one container, we will strengthen your practice & build your skills. You will develop your confidence, integrate your information & end imposter syndrome so you can serve the world to your full capacity.
