{ H E L D } is a space where we can practice setting down our longings, our grievances & our fears...where we can learn to be both hold & be held on our Motherhood path.

 

Motherhood is the ultimate wake up call and CAN BE the ultimate creative act.

Why?

Because for the first time we find ourselves motivated to STAY.

In every past relationship. We had an out. If it got too hard with a love interest? BYE! If it got too hard in a workplace? BYE!

But Motherhood? There is no walking away (even if you really, really want to). For many of us however, we find other waves to avoid, escape, and hide from the wake up call Motherhood summons us with.

What: HELD | A Community Motherhood Support System
Length of program: Ongoing
How often do we meet: Four sessions per month via Zoom
How long are the coaching calls: 1 hour
When do the calls meet: Tuesdays from 2-3pm CT \ Noon-1pm PT \ 3-4 ET
What is the investment of the program: Choose your price: either $49 a month of $99 a month 
When does HELD begin? HELD is always Enrolling
What will happen on each call? We will begin each call with warm up exercises, a check in, a brief wisdom offering, & lots of space for community sharing. I will lean in & guide whomever invites me deeper, & will invite the group to join in deep feeling frameworks, guided visualizations, writing exercises, and crafts to bring our explorations to life.

  • What if I can't make it every call, should I not sign up?

    • If you miss a call, you can catch the recording <3​

  • Will this be a place I can ask parenting questions and receive focused parent coaching?

    • Yes, each week we will check in on where you are in your motherhood, what challenges are present and what support you need.

  • What's your training?

    • I am a certified Parent Coach and the Director of Education at the Jai Institute for Parenting. I am known for curriculum development and deeply transformative coaching processes. (see more about Jai here: https://www.jaiinstituteforparenting.com/)

  • What can I except from these calls?

    • These calls will be the epitome of creativity! There will be check ins, reflective prompts, on call journaling and deep shares, 1:1 spotlight coaching, collaborative conversations. ​

  • Can I cancel my Membership at any time?

    • Yes, You can cancel your membership at anytime. No Questions asked. Note, if you pay for a month, you will not receive a refund, but you can make sure to not be charged again for the following month.​

  • Does it matter what phase of motherhood I am in?

    • This is for any phase of motherhood​
